If you are trying to implement Windows 10 in a pooled/unpersistent VDI environment you will recognize that the logon performance is really bad. After some speed tests, I could find some settings which have impact the logon process.
- The second logon (different user) is much faster, than the first one. So try to include a first login in the pooled image.

After a lot of tries I haven’t found a sign, that disabling the first logon animation has an impact on the logon speed. Creating a Default profile can improve the logon time again, but only by a few seconds. Important is, that you sanitize your default boot image according to James Rankin.
