The WPNinja goal is to share knowledge with the community and to make Workplace Management with Microsoft Technologies simpler for everybody. This includes the Workplace Ninja Summit, where we seek to create a respectful, friendly, and inclusive experience for all participants. As such, we do not tolerate harassing or disrespectful behavior, messages, images, or interactions by any event participant, in any form, in any aspect of the event including business and social activities, regardless of location. 

We do not tolerate any behavior that is degrading to any gender, race, sexual orientation or disability or any behavior that would violate Anti-Harassment and Anti-Discrimination Policies, Equal Employment Opportunity Policy, or Standards of Business Conduct. In short, the entire experience at the WPNinjas venue, blog, and social media feeds must meet our cultural standards. We encourage everyone to assist in creating a welcoming and safe environment. Please report any concerns, harassing behavior, or suspicious or disruptive activity to event staff, local user group organizers or the management team. 

The WPNinja management team reserves the right to refuse admittance to or remove any person from a Workplace Ninja Event at any time at its sole discretion or delete comments, blogs, and other submitted data on the webpage. 

You will have on your batch a QR Code to your V-Card. It is your responsibility to share the code carefully with the other attendees. If you do not want to share your personal data, please do not share the QR Code.
