Summit Terms and Conditions
This terms and condition apply to events organized by Colemberg.ch GmbH (”WPNinja Summit”, “We” or “Us”). All other events are organized by local user groups which are solely responsible for their organized events.

Payment and Cancellation
Cancellation period
Cancellation terms will apply once a completed booking has been received either via the Eventbrite website or as a completed booking form from the conference brochure (inclusive or exclusive of payment). Please note that cancellations can only be accepted in writing and are subject to the following conditions:
- Workplace Ninja Summit (Hosted on the Eventbrite website): cancellations must be received more than 40 days before the conference start date for a refund of the full fee less a 15% (plus VAT) administration fee.
- Cancellations received less than the above number of days before the conference start date will not be refunded, but a nomination for a replacement delegate will be accepted free of charge.
In the unlikely event of cancellation of the conference by the Workplace Ninja Summit, delegates will be offered a full refund, or a credit note against an equivalent future Workplace Ninja Summit conference. Please note that delegate fees will not be refunded in the event of the threat of war, terrorism or circumstances outside of the Workplace Ninja Summit’s control. The Workplace Ninja Summit reserves the right to make minor alterations to the content and timing of the program or to the identity of the speakers.
Discounted offers
If you have booked a delegate place and are subsequently offered a complimentary/discount code then we will be unable to add the discount to your booking. You may however cancel the registration (in line with the applicable cancellation terms, including payment of a 15% (plus VAT) administration fee) and re-book using the complimentary/discount code.
Free-to-attend events
- Any place you book for a free-to attend event is freely transferable to a colleague within your organisation and no charge will be incurred if a colleague attends in your place provided we have been notified by you or the replacement in advance. Replacements can be notified to us at any time before the day of the event.
- If neither you nor any colleague is able to attend an event please notify us at least 72 hours prior to the event so that the place can be made available to another delegate on the waiting list. There is no charge for cancellations made up to 72 hours prior to the event. Failure to notify us of a cancellation at least 72 hours prior to the event will incur a charge (in accordance with the table below) to cover the cost of a delegate place at the event. An invoice will be sent to you after the event.
- If you fail to attend, or provide a replacement for, a free-to-attend event without providing 72 hours’ notice three times in any 12-month period then you may become ineligible for complimentary places at future events.

Delegate instructions
Delegate instructions are sent to all delegates before the start of an event. If you have not received your delegate instructions 72 hours before the event please notify a member of the Workplace Ninja Summit events team by calling +41 (0)79 410 4822 or emailing info@wpninjas.eu. The Workplace Ninja Summit accepts no responsibility for non-receipt of joining instructions and a non-attendance charge will not be waived under such circumstances.
Payment
Payment is due 21 days from invoice date or before the event takes place, whichever is soonest. In order to keep your place secure full payment must be received prior to the event.

ALL SUCH MATERIALS AND RELATED GRAPHICS, AND THE WEBSITE SERVICES, ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. Workplace Ninja summit AND ITS SPONSORS/SPEAKERS HEREBY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS WITH REGARD TO THE FOREGOING, INCLUDING ALL WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL Workplace Ninja Summit OR ITS SPONSORS/SPEAKERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER RESULTING FROM LOSS OF USE, DATA OR PROFITS, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE OR OTHER TORTIOUS ACTION, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE ATTENDANCE OF A CONFERENCE, ANY PROVISION OF OR FAILURE TO PROVIDE THE CONFERENCE, OR ANY INFORMATION AVAILABLE THE CONFERENCE. THE AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF Workplace Ninja Summit ARISING UNDER THIS AGREEMENT WILL NOT EXCEED $5.00 USD.
Member account, password and security
If any of the WPNinja Summit require you to open an account, you must complete the registration process by providing us with current, complete, and accurate information as prompted by the applicable registration form. You also will choose a password and a user name. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and any other non-public account information. Furthermore, you are entirely responsible for any and all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify WPNinja’s immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. WPNinja’s will not be liable for any loss that you may incur as a result of someone else using your user name, password, or account, either with or without your knowledge. However, you could be held liable for losses incurred by WPNinja’s or another party due to someone else using your user name, password, or account. You may not use anyone else’s account at any time without the permission of the account holder.
No unlawful or prohibited use
As a condition of your attendance on any event, you will not use the conference/event for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited. You may not use the services in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair any WPNinja Summit attendee, sponsor or speaker.
Feedback, comments and other data submissions
If you provide feedback, comment or send chat messages to Workplace Ninja Summit, you give Workplace Ninja’s an irrevocable, perpetual, sublicensable right to use, share, and commercialize your feedback in any way and for any purpose at no charge. You will not give feedback that is subject to a license, non disclosure agreement (“NDA”) or other obligation that requires Workplace Ninja’s to grant or pass through any rights or make any disclosures or payments to third parties. These rights survive these terms.
No compensation will be paid with respect to the use of your Submission, as provided herein. Workplace Ninja Summit is under no obligation to post or use any Submission you may provide, and Workplace Ninja Summit may remove any Submission at any time in its sole discretion.
By posting a Submission you warrant and represent that you own or otherwise control all of the rights to your Submission including, without limitation, all the rights necessary for you to provide, post, upload, input, or submit the Submission.
Intellectual property rights
WPNinja Summit or its speakers retain all right, title, and interest in and to the sessions and showed content during the conference, including all copyrights, patents, trade secrets, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights. Workplace Ninja’s reserves all rights not expressly granted. These terms and conditions do not grant or imply any rights to any Workplace Ninja Summit, sponsors or speakers trademarks, trade names, or logos. Any rights not expressly granted herein are reserved.
